Our Company

Good Capital Group is a private investment and development company focused on acquiring strategic Central Florida real estate and creating sustainable value for investors, tenants, customers, and the community. We acquire well-located properties where we can effectively institute best-in-class management, marketing, and development strategies, focusing our efforts on opportunities where we have differentiated market insights and strategic relationships that uniquely position us to enhance value. For over 30 years the company and its principals have managed, developed, and transacted tens of millions of square feet and billions of dollars of Florida real estate. We have extensive experience in complex entitlements, institutional quality asset management, leasing, site and vertical development. We have managed, built, and transacted “trophy” institutional real estate. We have also navigated the complex world of DIP financing and bankruptcy acquisitions.
